Unfortunately, due to the nature of the item, we cannot accept returns.

We have tea-light samples for you to try out the scents first since we do not offer exchanges.

However, if we made a mistake and you received a damaged item then we would love to assist you. 

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos as proof of the damage and email us at info@chalktreewaxcandles with your order details. We will reach out to you as soon as possible.
