All Chalktree Wax Candles are handcrafted, packaged, and shipped from Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. Our order fulfillment time is 3-5 business days since all our candles are hand-poured in small batches.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order gets fulfilled and shipped out, you will receive another email with tracking information.

Chalktree WAX Candles will not be reponsible for packages that are stolen or lost. If you feel your package was stolen or was delivered to a wrong address please contact your local post office since we do not have any control over postal service.
